If you have placed an order and your item is not suitable, please message or email me ASAP so we can work out a suitable exchange or refund. I hate to see my customers not happy with what they have ordered and I'd be happy to help you in any way I can!!
Regarding sizes, all items should have a size guide and are accurate for each item, if you're unsure please don't hesitate to ask!!
Also regarding postage, at the moment there is a 2-4 week postage time if orders are coming from overseas. But I will give you updated tracking numbers and details as it comes to hand so that we can both track your parcels!!
